Riversimples aim is to have the Rasa available to customers on a subscription, all-inclusive sale of service model. This is reliant a planned 20 car Beta test in the UK later this year, this itself is reliant on securing funding.

The business has sucessfully €2m EU funding for this, but will open crowdfunding options shortly to match this in order to get the trial confirmed and to start building the cars.

To bridge this gap, the business is offering shares and with it the opportunity to win the use of one of the cars.

YOU WILL NEVER OWN A RIVERSIMPLE RASA

BUT YOU CAN OWN SHARES IN THE FUTURE OF SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY

“We are excited to announce that there is now an opportunity for you to own a stake in the world’s only independent fuel cell car company, Riversimple. We are opening our first share offer today.

The Riversimple Rasa engineering prototype is responsive to handle, quick to refuel, a pleasure to drive. But we need you to help us take the world’s most efficient hydrogen fuel cell car into sustainable and profitable production.”
